The power of listening to music leads our little friends to unique paths… The power of music through imaginative development is something that every child needs to experience… Informal musical learning acts as a springboard for the children’s but also everybody else’s emotional development. Informal musical learning accompanies us forever. Music as a sense of belonging. Music as knowledge of oneself and the others. Music as an explorer of different cultures.

Evi Andrioti was born in 1988 and lives in Athens. She is married and mom of two children. She studied Musicology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she also completed her postgraduate studies in Music Education in Formal and Informal Environments. Since 2008 she has been working as a music teacher in primary private education. She holds diplomas in Counterpoint and Byzantine music. She draws inspiration when she shares musical time with her children and her students.
